- Be sure to consume efficient amounts of vitamin A, a few sources of this are, green leafy vegetables, cantaloupe, and tuna.
- Consume efficient amounts of Vitamin C, sources of this are, oranges, kiwi, and broccoli.
- Consume efficient amounts of Vitamin E as well, things like peanut butter, sunflowers, and corn contain this.
- Zinc is also important, it helps protect us from the sun. Bananas, raisins, and legumes contain zinc.
- Cut back on caffeine, this is a major factor to dehydration.
- Use a body brush or wash cloth to massage the areas where you want to prevent stretch marks, this increases blood circulation in the area.
- I know this one is tough if you are addicted, but not smoking helps. Smoking is known to reduce the elasticity of the skin.
- Using a stretch mark removal cream before you even have them can help. Just be sure to apply it in a circular motion because this creates circulation in the area which can help prevent stretch marks.
