When choosing your diet, make sure they contain foods that can help keep your skin health, elastic, and moisturized. Good examples are foods rich in zinc such as seeds, nuts, green leafy vegetables, liver, and dairy products. Drinking plenty of fluids will help to keep your skin hydrated. Exercise is also very important as well. It prevents you from gaining weight thus reducing the chances that you will develop stretch marks.

I have heard of many people using home remedie methods for stretch mark removal, but I am not sure how well they work. Some of these remedies include, jojoba oil, avocado oil, aloe vera gel, lavender oil, chamomile oil, olive oil, and cocoa butter. There are also many more. Personally I have never tried any of these methods besides the cocoa butter, so I cannot say how well they work.

In the end, if you don’t want to spend the money on treatments of stretch mark removal, one of the best things you can do is to keep a good exercise plan. Eating healthy, keeping your body hydrated, and exercising can all help reduce stretch mark appearance as well as help prevent new ones.

Plus if you stay healthy, you can always lose weight and look even better! A big factor of staying healthy is using daily health supplements.

Ladies it is very easy for you to take care of your bodies, and it will keep you looking beautiful. That said, you should not forget to keep an eye on your health. Striving to meet your hair’s, and skin’s needs, as well as not forgetting your multi-vitamin goals. Even small things such as using a lip gloss of some sort are good things to do. Using a lip gloss will keep your lips beautiful, fuller, and bigger in a very short amount of time.

Don’t get me wrong it is also very important for men to take care of their health as well. Multi-vitamins are important, as well as vitamins A, B, C, D, and E. Guys although it may seem a little girly to use lotion and products like that, it is still very important. It will keep your skin healthy and looking good. Don’t forget men are prone to stretch marks as well, and using some sort of body lotion can help prevent getting any stretch marks. Since our skin is our largest body organ it constantly needs a lot of work. It needs work to prevent hydration, sun burns and peeling.
