Surgical stretch mark removal is the only process that completely removes all signs of stretch marks. The surgical stretch mark removal process is the same as the process that takes place during a tummy tuck. The tummy tuck removes excess skin in the lower abdominal region, the skin is then pulled tight. All stretch marks on this skin are removed along with the excess skin. Unfortunately there isn’t yet a surgical method to remove stretch marks from other areas of the body yet.
